Some of you have already noticed there is a tab in the navigation that reads "Bank" and another to the right where it says Credits, then a number next to it. Please allow me to explain this in more detail for you: The credit system is meant to award users based on their membership status by giving them credits they can spend to support feature requests submitted by users. This means that higher voted features are more likely to get implemented than those which are not. We do not have a fixed number of votes which define when a feature is implemented or not, but more details on this will soon be determined and this thread will be updated accordingly. The "Bank" is the system that gives you credits. Credits are currently handed out in the following fashion (still subject to adjustments): FSB Active Customers will receive 5 credits (one time). FSB Premium License Customers will receive 10 credits (one time) and this recurs every year while your premium license subscription remains active, so you also get 10 more credits every 1 year. FSB Unlimited License Customers will receive 5 credits (one time). Currently you can only use the credits as Votes on the Feature Request threads (we are still moving threads around) in here: http://www.freshmarketingforum.com/forums/feature-requests.16/ At the top of every thread you will see a link to vote (if you have credits). If you do not have credits, you will not be able to vote. In the Bank Tab, you can see a history of your transactions, credits given, spent, etc. More information on this will be provided soon but this gives you a basic understanding on how the system works. Cheers, Jose R. Lopez
An update to the above, once a Feature has been considered completed, users who had voted on it will receive their credits back by the system automatically. So do not fear voting and depleting your credits, once your feature is implemented you will get them back. Cheers, Jose R. Lopez
